History
The opportunity to restore this
beautiful building to its former
glory has been a
source of huge pride and pleasure
Villa Poranek, dating back to 1910, was one of the first
residences built in Konstancin. Its first owner Wilhelm Rubin
was the founder and first president of the Polish Association
of Medical Doctors. In the post-war years the building was
neglected to the extent it became uninhabitable.
The Villa was rebuilt “brick by brick”
Villa Poranek is home to a broad community of talented partners who share our purpose and values. The Experiential Learning Hub is a new venture offering advisors, facilitators and coaches to match the requirements of your organisation together with health and wellness experts offering holistic support for your mind, body and spirit.

Art
At the Villa, we are promoting Polish artists in partnership with Fijewski- Exquisite Art Gallery with exhibits, themed exhibitions and meetings with the artists as a source of inspiration for our guest
Konstancin-Jeziorna is a picturesque spa town close to Warsaw that is famous for health and wellness. It is a perfect destination for every season.

The Villa is located in the natural beauty of the park surrounded by pine trees, the river, cycle paths and many outdoor facilities.
